Installing the Arduino software on Linux Mint 11

To install the Arduino software on Linux Mint (Ubuntu 11.04) follow these steps:

[* open Synaptic package manager 
* install the following packages
  + arduino (version: 0022+dfsg-1)
  + arduino-core (version: 0022+dfsg-1)]

Note: Linux Mint 11 uses Ubuntu 11.04
